Tom, and the crew who turn up with him.

RG Carpentry PMQ delivers expert carpentry and construction services in Port Macquarie and nearby areas, specialising in decks, renovations and versiclad pergolas. Tom quotes the work, runs the job and is on the tools with the team.

Customers keep reaching for the same words: professional, personable, upfront on price, tidy. Some have had the team back for a second and third project, which is the only review that really counts.

What you can count on.

One person to talk to

Tom manages the whole job and keeps you consulted as it moves, so there is never a question about who to ask.

Upfront on price

Honest advice and clear pricing before a tool comes out, and a heads up in writing if something on site changes it.

Left clean, every day

Plenty of these jobs happen while people are still living in the house, so the site gets tidied up rather than left out.

From the dirt up, or just the finish.

Some jobs start with an excavator and a sloping block. Others are a single door that never sat right. Both get the same treatment: work out what is actually needed, price it honestly, then build it.

How a job actually runs.

Look and quote

Tom comes out, walks the job with you and gives a free quote with the pricing spelled out before anything is committed.

Materials and set-out

Timber, hardware and finishes picked to suit the job, then the structure set out square before the first board goes down.

Build

The crew works through it, keeps you posted, and coordinates any other trades so the job is not sitting idle waiting on someone.

Walk it with you

Final check together, the small stuff sorted on the spot, and the site cleaned up so all that is left is the work itself.
